**Consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, social distancing, and wear face coverings if desired to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19 during in-person sessions. Video sessions are available upon request. Thank you. **
Individual Counseling, $150 per 50 minute session

those that prefer that. Video sessions are with my Psychology Today application that can easily be linked and opened.
Groups
**Periodically we will offer groups dependant on interests and needs, so please check back for updates or send group requests. Please see below groups that have been offered previously. Please use the contact form to ask questions and/or sign up for a group. **
1. Social Skills and Sexuality Safety Group for Developmental Delayed Adults
2. Support group for adults who grew up without parents' love or support and want to move on and accept the wonderful adults they are becoming.
